We accept Purchase Orders (PO or P.O.) from companies, organizations, sites, educational institutions and other corporate clients for site license. Business customers can generally (1) Place purchase order to us directly, or (2) Place purchase order through our resellers. Private customers are not eligible for this type of order.
PO to Us Directly
 Postal Mail
Please delivery the official purchase order on your company's letterhead by postal mail to the following address:

Note: Please include the three phone numbers above on the cover of your postal mail package then our post office can accurately delivery your snail mail to us as soon as possible.
E-Mail
You also can e-mail your company's official purchase order form in attached file type (doc, pdf or image types) to our sales department. You also can get a product quotation sheet from our sales department before place the PO.
Sales Department:
The PO form must include the following information:
1. The product name and the license type you wish to order.
2. The number of units you wish to order.
3. Your company name.
4. The register name to which the product should be licensed.
5. Contact name, phone number and fax number of your company.
6. Your company's billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.
7. The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery.
8. The currency you would like to order in (We accept USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY and HKD).
Payment Condition: Within 30 days by wire transfer (Net 30).

PO via Resellers
PO via FastSpring
If you like to place purchase order through our reseller - FastSpring, the order process differs slightly from a standard PO.
Please choose FastSpring from the order page, then please choose "Purchase Order" as your
payment option, then you can use PO to purchase SourceFormatX with the following on-screen instructions. If all
PO information is complete, FastSpring customer service will be able to process your order without delay.
1. Fill out the order form, including your company's Purchase Order number if applicable.
2. FastSpring will accept your order and provide you with a link to a formal invoice, along with payment instructions. This will be provided on-screen as well as by email. Please print the invoice and submit it to your company's Accounts Payable for payment.
3. When FastSpring.com receives payment, they will send the registration details by email to us then we can send product and license key to you. So please be sure to include the email address of either your accounts payable department or the end user to ensure delivery.
4. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged by FastSpring and will be added to your invoice. This is to cover processing of payments received by mail. This can be avoided by completing the purchase with a credit card.

PO via ShareIt
Please mail or fax your official order on company letterhead to ShareIt. Please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly:
1. The product name and the specific product ID (Please click ShareIt from the order page to get the product ID from the order links).
2. The requested quantity.
3. The name the product will be licensed to.
4. Your billing address and your delivery address, if different.
5. Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order.
6. The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different.
7. The requested billing currency.
If you include all of the required information, your order can be processed immediately by ShareIt customer service team.
