 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR CODEMORPH. PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS
SOFTWARE. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE
TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY
RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.
LICENSE GRANT
Draupnir Software ("Draupnir Software Co., Ltd." or "Draupnir Soft") grants you a non-exclusive license to use
this software - CodeMorph, and any associated documentation ("The Software"), as indicated herein.
The program is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not
limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the author or
authors be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the
use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that you have read
this license, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms as the complete and exclusive statement of
the agreement between us, superseding any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other
communications between us relating to the subject matter of this license.
REGISTERED USER AGREEMENT
Each registered copy (license) of the Software may be used in only one single location by one user or a
site, that indicated on:
• If you have purchased a Single User License, this registered
Software may be installed on a maximum of two computers owned or controlled by you, so long as it is ONLY running
on one system at any time: i.e. one installation at home and one installation at the office and used only by the
license. If you install the Software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of the
Software must be registered separately. You may make one copy of the registered Software for backup purposes,
providing you only have one copy installed on one computer being used by one person. If any person other than
yourself uses the Software registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different
times, then this agreement is being violated.
• If you have purchased a Team License, the Software may be
installed on and simultaneously processed by 20 workstations and/or personal computers ("Concurrent Users") of
your company, site or institution, for internal usage only. The Software may be accessed through a network
concurrently within your company or site, within the number of 20 concurrent users.
• If you have purchased a Site License, The Software may be
used under this license by an unlimited number of persons who uses the Software personally on one or more
computers and who are members or employees of the company, the site or the institution the license is
registered to. The Software may be accessed through a network concurrently within your company or site.
Use of the software means that you have loaded the program and run it with one license key onto a computer.
The sale of and/or distribution of the Software full version applications and/or licenses (registration key
files) is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer
the use of full version applications and/or key files of the Software.
EVALUATION (UNREGISTERED) USER AGREEMENT
You may evaluate the unregistered shareware version (trial version) of the Software forever without any charge.
You may distribute this Software or allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered shareware version
of the Software. All evaluation users are subject to the terms of this License Agreement.
Any actions of crack, unpack, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineering and/or modify to the Software is strictly
forbidden. You will be charged with any risks and loss yourself for doing these illegal actions. All these may
result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under
international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE
This shareware software may be freely distributed, provided that:
1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by Draupnir Software. You may not alter, delete
or add any files in the distribution archive.
2. The distribution does not include full version applications and/or registration key files. In particular, you
may not distribute a registered piece of the Software.
3. No money is charged to the person receiving the Software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This Software and its source code are proprietary products of Draupnir Software and are protected by copyright
and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use
the Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in
this License Agreement.
TERMINATION
This License Agreement is effective until it is terminated. You may terminate this License Agreement at any
time by destroying or returning to Draupnir Software all copies of the Software and documentations in your
possession or under your control. Draupnir Software may terminate this License Agreement for any reason,
including, but not limited to, if Draupnir Software finds that you have violated any of the terms of this
License Agreement. Upon notification of termination, you agree to destroy or return to Draupnir Software all
copies of the Software and documentations and to certify in writing that all known copies, including backup
copies, have been destroyed. All provisions relating to confidentiality, proprietary rights, and non-disclosure
shall survive the termination of this Software License Agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is supplied "AS IS". Draupnir Software disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including,
without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the
entire risk of using the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Draupnir Software assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of
the Software, even if Draupnir Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of
the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
TRADEMARKS
CodeMorph is either trademarks or registered trademarks of Draupnir Software Co., Ltd., and may not be
copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Draupnir Software. All
other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned herein are the
property of their respective owners.
CHANGES
Draupnir Software reserves the right to make changes to this License Agreement at any time by posting the amendments on our site.
