How can I order CodeMorph?
You can purchase CodeMorph using any of the following methods:
1. Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form. It is especially
important to enter the correct e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your
receipt, and generally the product you ordered itself, will be sent to this e-mail address. We recommend
carefully entering the address twice to avoid any errors and to avoid delays in processing your order.
Lastly, please select your payment type and currency, and confirm all entries by clicking on "Next Step".
On the next page, you can recheck your information and make any necessary corrections.
Click on "Order Now" to submit your order. You will then see a final order confirmation page.
You can print out your own invoice. Click on "Print Invoice" then a copy of this receipt will automatically
be e-mailed to you together with your order confirmation.
Can I use my free email address?
A free email address is an e-mail address that is free of charge and generally anonymous, such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or AOL. E-mail is our primary method of corresponding with you. Most products are delivered via e-mail, and you will receive your order confirmation and receipt via e-mail.
We recommend that you use a "non-free" email address to buy CodeMorph. The orders that placed with free email address accounts from free services would most possibly be a little slow for manual anti-fraud checking.
What currencies do you accept?
You can buy most products in the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Canada Dollar, Australia Dollar, Switzerland Francs, Sweden Krona and Japan Yen.
There are also display currencies, which allow you to see product prices converted into additional currencies during the online order process for reference purposes.
How can I order CodeMorph on CD?
You can purchase CodeMorph on CD through RegSoft and ShareIt. The CD must be purchased at the same time as the licence(s).
CodeMorph on CD costs USD $9.99 at RegSoft, or USD $9.95 at ShareIt, in addition to the cost of the CodeMorph licence, and the Shipping is free. Shipment by mail can take 3 to 25 business days.
What will I get for my money?
1. A license key to unlock the full version to a registered copy.
2. The download link for the full version product.
3. Registration includes FREE updates, FREE support, FREE updates notification email service to future software products.
4. The display of your name and the type of your license on the About dialog box.
What will happen after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will
also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.
If you chose to pay by credit / debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately.
If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact RegSoft or ShareIt customer service directly or our sales.
Can I order by PayPal?
If you like to purchase CodeMorph via PayPal, the order process differs slightly from a standard PayPal purchase.
Please choose one of our resellers - ShareIt or RegSoft, from the order page, then
please choose "PayPal" as your payment option, then you can use PayPal to purchase CodeMorph with the
following on-screen instructions.
If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be automatically redirected to
PayPal's Web site. You can then log in to PayPal as
usual or set up a PayPal account to pay for your order. During the payment process, all information will
be exchanged in encrypted format exclusively between you as the account holder and PayPal's web site.
ShareIt accepts PayPal in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and JPY. RegSoft only accepts PayPal in USD, and $3.00 USD manual processing fee will be charged by RegSoft if you use PayPal through RegSoft.
How can I order by Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)?
Please choose our reseller ShareIt from the order page, then please choose "Wire Transfer"
as your payment option. Then, with the following on-screen instructions, please transfer the invoice amount to one
of ShareIt's accounts in Germany, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland or Japan, depending
on which location is least expensive for you. This may allow you to avoid fees for international wire transfers.
ShareIt will send you the required account information with your order confirmation by e-mail after your order
has been received by ShareIt system. Please do not make a payment before you receive this order confirmation.
By processing payment after the confirmation, you will allow ShareIt to clearly allocate your payment to your order.
Please ask your bank about the fees it charges for an international wire transfer and add the fees to your invoice
amount. ShareIt can only process payments received in full.
Customers in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Finland can transfer funds directly via online banking when ordering online as long as they already use this banking option. The requirements for each online payment process are listed in the order process. In this case, the payment processing will be faster.
Customers in the USA and Canada also can wire transfer to another reseller based in USA - RegSoft. Please contact RegSoft to get detailed information for wire transfer.
How can I place a Purchase Order?
We accept Purchase Orders (PO) from companies, organizations, sites, educational institutions and other corporate clients for site license. Business customers can generally (1) Place purchase order to us directly, or (2) Place purchase order through our resellers. Private customers are not eligible for this type of order.

Can I order by Phone or Fax?

How can I order by Check or Cash?
Our reseller RegSoft and ShareIt accept all personal, business, cashier's checks and cash payment, you can mail your check or cash by postal mail to the customer services of them directly to purchase our CodeMorph products.

What is this charge on my credit card / debit card statement?
Your credit card has been billed by RegSoft or ShareIt in the name of Draupnir Software. You should
have received an order confirmation and receipt by e-mail at the time when your credit card was charged.
How long does it take for my license file to arrive?
As soon as your order has arrived here we will send a registration email with your registration code
attached and some additional instructions required to unlock full version. This procedure
might take up to 12 hours, but usually your order will be fulfilled within a couple of hours only.
Please note the orders that placed with free email address accounts would most possibly be a little slow for manual anti-fraud checking, so we recommend that you use a "non-free" email address to buy CodeMorph.
How will I receive my invoice?
When ordering online, you have the option of printing your own invoice. Click on "Print Invoice Version" in the lower left corner of the page displayed last.
You will also receive an e-mailed invoice together with your order confirmation.
Will I get free software upgrades and technical support?
It is the policy of Draupnir Software to make all its products available for one time free major updates, and free technical support. We will send you newsletters about the availability of new product builds, major or minor upgrades, patches or bug fixes.
What about my privacy?
We (Draupnir Software) will NEVER receive any information of your credit card. We just receive your necessary
personal information (full name and email address) from our resellers - RegSoft or ShareIt, to send the license to you.
We (Draupnir Software) will NOT use your e-mail address that we receive from RegSoft or ShareIt, other than
sending the program update notification or the program related information.

Can I use my 'Single-User License' on all my machines?
No - one single-user license is for your two computers only, using one single-user license on more than two computers or multi-user network is strictly forbidden. Please read CodeMorph License Agreements for more information.
If you need more licenses, the volume discounts and the site license are available for your company.
I have registered your software, but I have lost my registration details - what now?
Please email the full name and the email box that you used for registration to us, we
will get it back from our database and resend it to you as soon as possible. Please submit your license restore request to our sales then you will get your license key within two business days.
Can I refund or return the software?
No - a refund or return is not possible. We do not offer refunds on software where the unlock key code
(license file) has already been sent to the customer. Before deciding to purchase our software, please
be sure to download, install, and test-drive the evaluation versions that we provide.
We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction
and system compatibility. This allows our customers to make an informed purchasing decision. Once
that purchase has been made, we do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. We feel this policy is
consistent with the major software retailers worldwide.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated.
Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies.
Therefore, Draupnir Software does not accept product returns or exchanges. You are expected to be
satisfied with the product before purchasing. There is NO EXCEPTION from this policy.
By placing an order for a Draupnir Software product, you do acknowledge that you have read, understood
and agreed to the above conditions.
By placing an order for any of your software products and/or services you do confirm that:
1. You have downloaded and tested the trial version(s) of the software product(s) before.
2. You have checked our product(s) for system compatibility with your own PC system and configuration.
3. You know that a refund is impossible once the registration email(s) have been sent to you.
